Note: To facilitate verification of registered test samples, customers must completethe downloadable F-10 form in the "Service Files" section --> "Service SOP Files" and then the completed F-10 form (.pdf format) uploaded/uploaded alongside the sample photos in the "Other Support Files" and "Photo Data Files" sections. Make sure that the name and number of samples registered in ELSA System is equal to the number of samples written on Form F-10. The
incompleteness of such supporting documents may result in the registration of test samples being canceled by the Verifikator.

Proses administrasi online tergolong cepat dan dapat dipantau perkembangannya.
